Job Description

We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead the establishment of our operations in Central Europe and the Balkan region.

If you're a natural salesperson with a proven track record in selling technology projects and managing complex sales processes – this is your opportunity to join us and be part of our growth!

What Will You Do?
Lead the setup and development of our regional operations in Central Europe and the Balkans.
Sell communication products, set-top boxes, remote controls, routers, and other advanced end-user solutions to leading telecom operators.
Build long-term strategic relationships with key customers.
Manage complex sales processes from initial contact to deal closure.

Requirments

5–10 years of experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, selling end-user technology products to telecom operators.
Deep understanding of the telecom market in Central Europe and the Balkans.
Strong closing skills, initiative, and a hunger for success.
High-level proficiency in English – additional languages from the region are a significant advantage.
Independence, leadership skills, and the ability to build operations from the ground up.

Job Description

Handling all ongoing payroll and attendance matters for employees across multiple companies within the group. This includes:
Preparing monthly payroll, implementing, and monitoring agreements.
Creating monthly payroll and attendance reports.
Managing ongoing payroll issues such as sick leave, reserve duty, employment terminations, and pension fund management.
Reporting to institutions, tax authorities, and provident funds.
Overseeing pension operations.
Answering employee inquiries regarding payroll and terms of employment.
Performing additional professional tasks, providing assistance to the accounting department as needed.
Working with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirments

This role involves managing processes with existing and new clients, providing support, and collaborating with the division's sales team. The role also encompasses identifying innovative technologies in the global market and managing projects from a technological perspective with both clients and manufacturers.

Requirments

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience managing pre-sale processes in the Video/HLS/Multimedia field within integration companies or manufacturers of video management and distribution solutions for the security sector.

Alternatively, candidates with a strong technological background and similar experience within a security organization will be considered.

In-depth technical/technological knowledge of communication products and solutions in the Video/HLS/Multimedia field is a must.
Technological curiosity and the ability for independent learning of new technologies/products.
Excellent presentation skills.
Marketing vision and understanding of client needs, ability to work in a team while implementing adapted work processes and customizing relevant solutions for clients and the company.
Fluent (written and spoken) English at a high level – a must.
